Sintesi del problema
La zona di foreste tra Mbavu e Khose ,comprende 32 villaggi con una popolazione di circa 30000 abitanti per lo più giovani. La popolazione vive grazie all'agricoltura ed ha un reddito medio pro-capite pari a 1$ USA al giorno. Nella zona non c'è nessuna forma di stampa libera, vige una situazione di analfabetismo diffuso, non c'è alcuna consapevolezza dei diritti fondamentali ed inviolabili dell'uomo e della possibilità di poterli esercitare, e connoscere.
L'ignoranza è sempre stata l'arma più devastante soppratutto nei paesi sotto sviluppati. L'educazione non ha mai fatto soggetto di lotta per i goveni come quello Congolese.Non preocuparsene fa la forza di dominazione,di rimanere eternamente al potere e di impore tutto quello che vogliono perchè non si aspettanno a nessuna reazione dalla parte della popolazione ignorante,che non sono in grado di conoscere and defend their rights.
